I led the design system for a B2B ESG SaaS platform used by thousands of companies and funds across the US and EU. Built entirely from scratch, token architecture, Figma variables, a full component library, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and coordinated implementation into Storybook alongside the engineering team.

The system became the single source of truth for dozens of designers and engineers shipping new features across the product. I owned the process end to end: defining naming conventions, designing and documenting every component, coordinating with engineers across squads, and maintaining shared documentation in Confluence.

This wasn't a side project, it was the infrastructure the product ran on.
